Jack “J.J.” O’Connor
President, 1928–56 — a Club-record 28 years. Owner of the Bush Inn Hotel. First elected at the age of 32 and led the Club to premierships in 1937 and 1951. Life Member of both the Prahran Football and Prahran Cricket Clubs.
George Hawkins
1931–40 and 1946
151 games and 657 goals. Seven-time Leading Goalkicker, including 164 goals in 1939, then an Australian record. Premiership player, 1937. Widely regarded as Prahran’s finest player and named in the Team of the Century.
Jack Morgans
Committee member for a Club-record 50 years: 1951–91 and 1994–2004. President, 1969–74, leading the Club to premierships in 1970 and 1973. Patron, 2005–17. The Jack Morgans Social Room at Spectrum on Chapel is named in his honour. Life Member of Prahran and the VFA.
Kevin Sheedy
1964–66
50 games, including the 1966 premiership, and runner-up in the Best and Fairest that season. Named Prahran Ambassador of the Century in 2002 and awarded Life Membership.
Across his VFL/AFL career, he played and coached a record 929 matches, including 251 games for Richmond. Coached Essendon, 1981–2007, and the GWS Giants, 2012–13. Inducted as an AFL Legend in 2018.
Paul “Squizz” Taylor
Committee member and Vice-President, 1998–2026. PFC Board member and custodian since 2014. Toorak Park Users Group representative, 2010–26. Best Clubman, 1984 and 2017. VAFA Volunteer of the Year, 2025. Played, 1978–87, including 107 games and the 1978 and 1987 premierships. Life Member.
Will Walford
1987–2017
345 senior games — a Club record comprising 91 VFA Senior games and 254 VAFA Senior games — as well as 125 Reserves games and 129 Club XVIII games. Played his first season in 1987 as an 18-year-old and his final game in 2017, aged 48, in a Reserves final. VFA premiership, 1987. VFA Reserves premiership, 1991. Committee member, 1998–2017. Vice-President, 2012–14. Football Director, 2015–16. Life Member.
Tim Habel
Committee member since 1987. Seniors President, 1994–98 and 2000–05; Vice-President, 2006–22; Secretary, 2023–24. Juniors President, 1999. PFC Board member and custodian since 2014. Life Member.
