Two Blues Reserves into Grand Final

Prahran Assumption has both the Seniors and Reserves in grand finals for the first time since 2011.

Both teams will play in Division 2 grand finals next weekend after the Reserves earned a title berth in an unlikely come-from-behind win v MSOB on Sunday.

The day and venue for the grand finals will be announced on Monday September 11.

The Two Blues trailed by three goals late in the third quarter but narrowed the gap to a goal at three quarter-time.

MHSOB, the better team for three quarters, faded and the Two Blues had 15 inside 50s to six in the final quarter. Jordan Taylor snapped a late controversial goal to give the Two Blues a seven point lead. Despite a late goal from MHSOB they held on to win by a point.
