CAULFIELD Saturday, September 19, 2026, rail 7m, track good 4
RACE 1: ENVIABLE 1, Politely Dun 2, Jenni Multabella 3, Emperor Tzu 4
RACE 2: ICY YOU 1, Quick Finish 2, Frank Whisper 3, Arashi Flash 4
RACE 3: WINNSAEDGE 1 Bev's Nine 2, Spywire 3, Ndola 4
RACE 4: PROFLIGATE 1, Portinari 2, Icelady 3, Tolaga 4
RACE 5: WOLF GAP 1, Blind Raise 2, American Eagle 3, Confederation 4
RACE 6: BRIDAL WALTZ 1, Point Barrow 2, Custom 3, Inkaruna 4
RACE 7: COSMIC CRUSADER 1, Lindermann 2, Buckaroo 3, Birdman 4
Cosmic Crusader was game in defeat in the Memsie, tracking wide in a race dominated by the leader and winner. One start at this trip jumped from 1400m to win the Group 1 Northerly. Main danger Lindermann is the obvious leader, the knock is two starts at Caulfield for twice eighth.
RACE 8: DARKBONEE 1, Zahrann 2, Saint George 3, Deakin 4
Wide open affair. Darkbonee needs another scratching to gain a start. Worth another chance after failing as favourite here last time. Overraced, resented being blocked away in traffic, wider draw here. Zahrann caught the eye late resuming as did Deakin while Saint George if flying but has the extreme draw.
RACE 9: LADY SHENANDOAH 1, Angel Capital 2, Sepals 3, Tom Kitten 4
Class mare Lady Shenandoah is a triple Group 1 winner, dodges champion stablemate Autumn Glow for this. Has the pace to settle in the first four. Stablemate Angel Capital is becoming costly but firmer track and high tempo suit. Sepals won this race last year, Tom Kitten is a proven Group 1 performer luckless in the Memsie, Warnie will close late.
RACE 10: SAVOYARD 1, Fiorenot 2, Cruiserweight 3, Porter 4
Given Aftermath runs at Ballarat today, third emergency Savoyard now gains a run. Ran the best last 200m of the meeting resuming here over 1100m, lightly raced with good potential. Fiorenot kept improving last preparation and can show up fresh.
