RACE 8: DEVOTED 1, Gentleman Roy 2, Bank Maur 3, Shock 'Em Ova 4

Devoted was luckless in the strong Discovery at Yarra Valley. She's a course and distance winner well up to this. Gentleman Roy is the class runner resuming from a break, Shock 'Em Ova is a talent suited on soft ground.

RACE 9: FRIGID 1, Papillon Club 2, Trosette 3, Furious 4

Clever use of the 3kg for Tatum Bull should see Frigid repeat her Mornington win in this grade.

RACE 10: LOUNGE BAR RUBI 1, Starlight Scope 2, Prancing Spirit 3, Bellinger 4

Lounge Bar Rubi is undefeated in two runs here at 1400m, kept fresh for this. Starlight Scope was brave on pace in the stronger Hareeba and will give a great sight, Prancing Spirit and Bellinger will be running on.

BEST BETS: Frigid, He's Beset. VALUE: Arqana.
