CAULFIELD Saturday, May 30, 2026, rail true, track heavy 8
RACE 1: CARNEVALE 1, Obambulate 2, Crank 3, Momentum 4
RACE 2: SWIFT FORCE 1, Sun Setting 2, Southern Crescent 3, Flyer 4
RACE 3: CINTURATO 1, Bel Mezyaan 2, Yes Yoshi 3, Clever Trevor 4
RACE 4: FIRST CHORUS 1, Oraqua 2, She's Impeccable 3, A Diva 4
RACE 5: EL ROCKO 1, See That Storm 2, Cartoon Graveyard 3, Oh Too Good 4
RACE 6: SIMBURGH 1, Makdane 2, Skippers Canyon 3, Oceana Dream 4
UK import Simburgh was impressive winning here last time on soft ground. Extra 200m suits, up in grade but stays on the limit weight. Makdane flies here and in the soft and Skippers Canyon is close to another win.
RACE 7: HIGH ON THE HILL 1, Choir Point 2, Tres Magnifique 3, Bred 'Em All 4
Wide race. High On The Hill is in form and 3kg claim helps. Chances to Choir Point and on pacers Tres Magnfique and Bred 'Em All from SA.
RACE 8: RECOMMENDATION 1, Bustling 2, Herecomesthestar 3, Watchme Win 4
Recommendation is something of a wet track Caulfield specialist at this trip. Tracked wide, brave effort in a Group 3 on dry ground in Adelaide. Former WA sprinter Bustling drops 8kg on his second here on the soft after an extended break and is a deserved favourite.
RACE 9: PERSPIRATION 1 Stoli Bolli 2, Eloyou 3, Celsius Star 4
Perspiration is a former Ciaron Maher trained galloper who was a listed Heritage Stakes winner at Rosehill last spring. Purchased for $90,000 in an on line sale he's been most impressive winning his past two, including running down stablemate Swift Force who enhanced the Tassie form by easily winning at Caulfield earlier this month.
BEST BETS: Perspiration, Simburgh. VALUE: Cinturato
