TWO BLUES ENTER THE RING FOR MAIN CARD
SO the preliminary round bouts are over- and now for the main card.
The next three weeks opponents are the top three teams on the VAFA Division 1 ladder- PEGS, Kew and Oakleigh and these clashes will define the season for Prahran Assumption.
Last Saturday several of the current Two Blues team enjoyed celebratory re-unions for the 2011 and 2017 premierships announcement of the Team Of The Decade (pictured)
But now it's back work -sthese heavyweight contests start his Saturday at Kew, which has lost just one game, a round three loss to undefeated PEGS.
An away win against such an accomplished rival would strengthen the Two Blues hold on fourth place.
Last Saturday at Toorak Park after a tight first half the Two Blues dominated the second stanza to post a 69 point win over arch rival Therry Penola.

PRESENTATION NIGHT tba
TEAM OF THE DECADE 2010-19
FOUR premierships in the 2010-19 decade were celebrated in style at Toorak Park last Saturday night.
The premiership coaches Leigh Stafford (2011), Josh Ancrum (2014 and 2017 Reserves) and Ash Mills (2017) spoke of their pride in leading players to the ultimate reward.
The night was capped with the announcement of the Team Of The Decade, with many of the chosen team in attendance.
Congratulations to all those selected and helped make it a memorable night for the club.
Modern day club legends Adam Sleight and James Musster were announced as captain and vice-captain respectively.
The team featured a most impressive array of talent and the consensus was this was a line-up worthy of any A Grade club.
