LAST Saturday’s costly hiccup against Old Camberwell means there is no more margin for error for Prahran Assumption in its finals quest.

After a tight, low scoring first half Old Camberwell sealed the 10-8 (68) to 5-9 (39) win with four unanswered third quarter goals holding the Two Blues to a paltry two goals in the first three quarters.

The 29 point loss was the Two Blues heaviest defeat of the season, in part due to the class of the opposition, a rash of self inflicted errors and a general lack of energy in contrast to how they have played all season.

Having already lost three home games this season, a win against eighth placed Peninsula back at Toorak Park on Saturday is a non negotiable.
