Collingwood's Tom Langdon Back Home
Collingwood's outstanding first year player Tom Langdon returned to his old home ground on Wednesday July 2 as part of the Prahran Football Club's Community Sport Program 'Footy Fun Day;' at Toorak Park.
Tom fielded a range of questions from eager local young footballers keen to learn the tricks of the trade and thoughts of Tom who played junior football at Prahran.
Questions such as 'how many Weet-Bix to you have for breakfast, 'do you have any tattoos (no), 'where do you come from (Toorak), who are Collingwood's best players (Pendlebury, Swan).
Langdon has been a permanent fixture in the youthful Magpie defence since round 1 in his first season of AFL.
More than 90 children attended the successful clinic joint sponsored by East Malvern Community Bank Branch and The Victoria Clinic and managed by Steve Zayler and Dale Tapping.
The boys and girls then helped themselves to a free sausage sizzle!
